i got up extra early
this wednesday morning
to officially retire this pair
of amazing blundstone boots
that were born black
but have turned mulch brown
while serving me well
at foxglove farm and garden
so i hereby commemmorate
my brother john's 65th birthday
isn't that retirement age???
