and as i have my super 8 waffle
a fellow traveller tells me
that i must go out of my way
to drive up to visit virginia city
which became a boom town
with the discovery of gold
in the comstock lode in 1859
and then it became the go to town
for the cartwright clan
in the hit tv series 'bonanza'
as it was my go to town today
