i was very lucky indeed
to meet and work with
stompin' tom connors
but mostly i was very lucky
to have watched him perform
(check out the bushy bearded
sunburning man near the front
of this rapt audience at
mariposa folk festival in 1971... this photo was on the back cover of one of his many recordings)
he will continue to be
a living legend
and a great canadian
