so then i find myself
in the fluorescent ambience
of one of victoria's more better
food dispensing emporiums
enjoying a nutritious lunch
of crispy burrito and mexi fries
when inexplicably
i think of my dad's dad
who passed away
when i was twelve years old
i haven't thought about him
since i turned fifty nine
which is how old he got to be
go figure
