how many saltspringers does it take to change a tire in a downpour???
well... two passers by and a highway worker and a drive by paparazzo who didn't really help change the tire but did promise to make a phone call that someone would be late for a meeting (no cellular sevice at the northernmost tip of the island which is ironically called southey point)
