retired to just sit there
beside the fulford ganges road
to be generally ignored
by locals and tourists alike
but knowing it's a fordson
reminds me of long long ago
when i was a child labourer
driving a fordson major diesel
on a farm in southern manitoba
oh what a lucky boy i was
