at salt spring vineyards
with the first grape harvest
of the 2019 summer/fall season
and there are bins and bins
full of hand picked grapes
ready to be crushed and pressed
then fermented and clarified
before aging and bottling
and then of course
the last and best stage of all
the tasting and consuming
